Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI Transformation strategy for the Workday practice
• Partner with sales to position AI in client engagements and develop AI-driven offerings
• Drive internal adoption of AI tools to improve productivity and streamline processes

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Workday consulting or professional services leadership
• Proven experience in building or leading practice-level initiatives
• Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem and AI application in business processes
• Demonstrated ability to identify high-value AI use cases and drive adoption
• Experience supporting sales pursuits and solution development
