Workday AI Transformation Leader

Job Summary

To lead the AI Transformation strategy for the Workday practice, the full-time remote Workday AI Transformation Practice Leader will define initiatives, partner with sales to enhance client offerings, and drive internal AI adoption to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI Transformation strategy for the Workday practice, identifying high-impact opportunities for AI application
• Partner with sales to develop AI-driven offerings and support client engagements by translating AI capabilities into business value
• Drive the adoption of AI tools across the organization, enhancing consultant productivity and delivery quality through training and best practices

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Workday consulting, transformation, or professional services leadership
• Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Finance
• Experience applying AI tools and technologies to improve business processes and delivery operations
• Familiarity with AI-enabled platforms in HR, recruiting, or enterprise operations
• Background in process optimization, delivery transformation, or operational excellence
