Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday AMS Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert in the Workday product suite and provide functional and strategic support to clients
- Analyze and document problems, recommend solutions, and follow up on problem resolution with clients
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of technical support/functional experience in Workday or similar applications
- Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis
- Ability to support multiple customers effectively
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
