Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday AMS Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert in the Workday product suite and provide functional and strategic support to clients
• Analyze and document problems, recommend solutions, and follow up on problem resolution with clients
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of technical support/functional experience in Workday or similar applications
• Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis
• Ability to support multiple customers effectively
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
