Workday Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Analyst responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Workday system.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support the Workday system, including core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Absence
• Configure and implement system changes to achieve optimized functionality and streamlined processes
• Provide day-to-day system support, including troubleshooting issues and enhancing system performance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field preferred
• 5+ years' progressive Workday experience in a corporate environment required
• 5+ years' experience developing Workday custom reports and complex calculated fields required
• Strong experience with Workday administrative functions, including tenant configuration and data loads required
• Experience with at least one full implementation of Workday preferred
