Workday Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Analyst to support and optimize their Workday platform across key HR modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules to support HR processes
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Support semi-annual Workday releases, including testing and deployment activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience working with Workday in an analytical or functional role
• Working knowledge of HR processes, terminology, and best practices
• Ability to assess issues, identify solutions, and improve system performance
• Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, payroll, benefits, and compensation is preferred
