Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time remote Workday Analyst will configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules to support HR processes while partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules to support HR processes
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Support semi-annual Workday releases, including testing and deployment activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience working with Workday in an analytical or functional role
- Working knowledge of HR processes, terminology, and best practices
- Ability to assess issues, identify solutions, and improve system performance
- Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, payroll, and benefits
