Workday Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday system, the full-time Workday Analyst will ensure system stability and data integrity while providing end-user support and enhancing HR processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support the Workday system, including core HCM and Advanced Compensation
• Configure and implement system changes to optimize functionality and streamline processes
• Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver custom reports and analytics

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
• 5+ years of progressive Workday experience in a corporate environment
• 5+ years of experience developing Workday custom reports and complex calculated fields
• Strong experience with Workday administrative functions, including tenant configuration and data loads
• Experience with at least one full implementation of Workday preferred
