Workday Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the ongoing configuration and optimization of the Workday platform, the full-time remote Workday Analyst will lead system enhancements, provide operational support across multiple modules, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective business process design.

Key responsibilities

• Lead configuration and ongoing optimization across Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex Workday issues, conducting root cause analysis and delivering long-term solutions
• Support Workday releases by performing impact analysis, coordinating testing, and assisting with deployment activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three or more years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday across multiple modules
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data relationships
• Workday certification in one or more modules strongly preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or multi-entity Workday environment preferred
