Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Analyst (Benefits & Payroll focused).

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance, maintain, and test the Workday platform
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system functionality
• Support ongoing process improvements and provide user support and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of related experience with Workday, particularly in payroll and benefits
• Functional understanding of core HR business terminology and processes
• Knowledge of Workday integration, data flow best practices, and security configuration
• Experience creating Workday reports and dashboards is a plus
