Job Summary

Partnering with internal teams, the remote Workday Analyst (PATT) will manage the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules within Workday, serving as a subject matter expert while maximizing system efficiencies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide configuration and business support for Workday's Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules
  • Design and support integrations with various systems while maintaining enterprise-wide payroll and time production security
  • Develop reports and dashboards, conduct testing for configuration changes, and manage semi-annual Workday releases
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday Payroll, Absence Management, and/or Time Tracking modules
  • Workday Pro certifications in Payroll, Absence Management, or Time Tracking preferred
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, absence plans, and time entry design
  • Experience with Workday implementation tools such as EIB and Workday Studio preferred
