Workday and People Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday and People Analytics Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain optimal function of Workday, including improving business processes, uploading large datasets, and maintaining integrations with other platforms
• Build and run People Analytics reports, and maintain a monthly People Analytics dashboard
• Liaise with various departments and serve as a connection point between the business and other supporting areas of HR

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including headcount management, reporting, analytics, and integrations
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and summarize data visualization to inform business decisions
