Workday Application Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application System Specialist - Workday Recruiting & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects and optimize application configurations while managing cross-functional collaboration
• Provide expert guidance during critical incidents and share knowledge with team members
• Investigate and resolve application issues while ensuring proper system configuration with vendor collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Epic/Workday/Application certification(s) and Lean Green Belt certification or ability to achieve
• 7 years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
• Able to act independently with minimal oversight and advise less experienced team members
• Healthcare experience is preferred
