Workday Application Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Application Specialist (Workday) to oversee the optimization of the Workday ERP ecosystem and administration of workforce management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Time Tracking systems
• Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and peak performance of the organization's software portfolio
• Bridge the gap between HR, Finance, and IT to support operational and clinical staffing models

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Three plus (3+) years of experience supporting Workday HCM and/or Workday ERP, or comparable enterprise HRIS/ERP platforms
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills for workforce, payroll, and labor reporting
• Experience configuring system integrations using APIs, EIBs, or middleware
• Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills for distributed time clock devices
