Workday Applications Support Analyst
Job Summary
To ensure the smooth operation of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, the part-time Analyst, Applications Support I will troubleshoot system issues, perform regular maintenance and audits, and uphold security protocols while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot application issues within the Workday HCM system and deliver effective solutions
- Perform regular maintenance and audits of the Workday HCM system to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Develop, document, and execute testing scripts for system updates, enhancements, and changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a functional analyst
- Workday experience required; Workday configuration experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience writing and executing test scripts
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
