Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for Workday HCM and Financials, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Define and govern Workday security architecture and oversee integrations and data flows with enterprise platforms
• Provide architectural leadership, drive platform optimization, and mentor teams on best practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience with expertise in HCM and Financials
• Proven experience architecting Workday solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of Workday security model and integration technologies
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically requires five or more years of experience in enterprise applications or architecture roles
