Workday Architect

Job Summary

Collaborating with clients to tailor financial processes, the full-time Workday Architect will configure Workday Financials modules, conduct testing, and provide ongoing support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements and identify gaps in client financial processes to provide tailored Workday solutions
• Lead the configuration and implementation of Workday Financials and HR modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions to enhance user adoption of Workday functionalities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in configuring and implementing Workday Financials and HR modules
• Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices in Workday
• Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing post-implementation support
• Ability to develop system documentation, including functional specifications and user guides
• Familiarity with project management activities and cross-functional collaboration
