Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Technology Analyst 2 to support and enhance HR systems focusing on Workday Benefits and Absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into system solutions
- Lead system administration and enhancements for HR application systems
- Manage project planning, resources, and delivery to meet deadlines and objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology roles
- Workday experience and/or certification specifically in Benefits or Absence
- Strong experience in HR system configuration and reporting
