Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Technology Analyst 2 to support and enhance HR systems focusing on Workday Benefits and Absence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into system solutions
• Lead system administration and enhancements for HR application systems
• Manage project planning, resources, and delivery to meet deadlines and objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR technology roles
• Workday experience and/or certification specifically in Benefits or Absence
• Strong experience in HR system configuration and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
