Job Summary

As a key member of the People Technology & Operations team, the remote Senior People Technology Analyst will manage the enhancement of Workday Benefits and Compensation modules, design and deploy Open Enrollment configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimal technology solutions for HR programs.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and enhance the Workday Benefits and Compensation module for scalable configuration
  • Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end Open Enrollment configurations
  • Collaborate with Benefits, HR, Payroll, and Finance to translate business requirements into Workday solutions
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in fast-growing, global companies
  • 4+ years of experience in Workday Benefits configuration
  • 2+ years of experience configuring core HCM
  • Experience with Workday business process configuration and security
  • Strong understanding of Benefits best practices and HR processes
