Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Benefits and Compensation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration of Workday Benefits, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Payroll to implement system upgrades and enhancements
• Conduct testing of system changes and maintain compliance documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Workday benefits and compensation with at least three years of experience
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
