Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Benefits and Compensation Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration of Workday Benefits, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Payroll to implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Conduct testing of system changes and maintain compliance documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Workday benefits and compensation with at least three years of experience
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
