Workday Benefits Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Benefits Associate Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Workday consulting resource on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and testing
• Support clients during Annual Events and collaborate with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a Workday Benefits role
• Employment contingent upon obtaining required Workday certifications: Workday HCM Core and Workday Benefits
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects
• Ability to quickly understand Workday HCM + Benefits processes
• Eager to grow and develop through independent solutioning and mentoring
