Workday Benefits Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Workday Benefits Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and testing
• Support clients during Annual Events and collaborate with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Experience leading at least one Workday Phase 1 and one Phase X implementation
• Minimum of one year as a lead Workday Benefits Consultant at a Workday partner firm
• Hands-on experience and Workday Benefits certification, plus at least one additional certification
• Experience assisting customers with Open Enrollment and ACA support
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
