A company is looking for a Workday Benefits Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and configuration of the Workday Benefits module
Conduct client engagement workshops and provide best practice recommendations
Support integrations with benefits vendors and provide post-go-live support

Required Qualifications

10+ years of total experience, with at least 6 years in Workday Benefits
Strong expertise in Workday Benefits configuration and benefits administration
Experience with full lifecycle Workday implementations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Certifications in Workday Benefits and HCM are preferred
