Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Benefits Associate Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Workday consulting resource on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and testing
• Support clients during Annual Events and collaborate with Engagement Managers on project status

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Workday Benefits role
• Must obtain and maintain Workday HCM Core and Workday Benefits certifications
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects
• Ability to quickly understand Workday HCM + Benefits processes
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment
