Workday Benefits Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sr. Workday Benefits Consultant will coordinate and resolve complex Workday system issues, serve as a primary customer contact, and analyze business requirements while adhering to best practices and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, troubleshoot, and manage Workday system issues to resolution
• Act as a primary customer point of contact for cases and projects
• Analyze business requirements and guide best practices based on technical knowledge

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Active Workday Benefits certification
• 2-4 years of Workday Benefits experience with knowledge of benefit concepts
• Functional experience with configuration and support of Open Enrollment and ACA Configuration
• Intermediate/advanced level Excel skills
