Job Summary

Leading end-to-end Workday implementations, the full-time remote Workday Benefits Consultant will design, implement, and optimize tailored Workday solutions while collaborating with clients to analyze business requirements and provide expert guidance on system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and architect end-to-end Workday implementations and post-production optimizations
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into system design solutions
• Troubleshoot complex issues and design scalable, long-term solutions for system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday architecture and design across one or more modules
• Previous experience leading or implementing Workday solutions in a consulting or client-side role
• Ability to design and deliver comprehensive Workday solutions that meet client needs
• Workday certification(s) preferred but not required
