Workday Benefits Consultant

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Workday Benefits Principal Consultant, the successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing Workday Benefits and supporting additional Workday modules, while providing consulting services, guiding clients through design and implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Understand client business requirements and assist with design, configuration, testing, and production efforts
• Support clients during Annual Events such as Open Enrollment and ACA as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience as a lead Workday Benefits Consultant at a Workday partner firm
• Extensive experience troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating Workday Benefits
• Experience leading at least two Workday Phase 1 and two Phase X implementations
• Workday Partner Certifications in Workday Benefits and at least one additional module
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
