Workday Benefits Consultant

Job Summary

To support upcoming U.S. benefits and open enrollment-related changes, the contract Workday Benefits & Integrations Consultant will work remotely, assisting with benefits configuration, integration updates, and overall open enrollment readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Support Workday Benefits configuration for U.S. benefits and open enrollment changes
• Build, update, or troubleshoot benefits-related integrations, reports, and outbound carrier files
• Partner with internal Benefits, HRIS, and Workday stakeholders to gather details, validate changes, and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Benefits configuration experience
• Experience supporting U.S. benefits and open enrollment projects
• Experience with benefits integrations, carrier files, and custom reports
• Understanding of common U.S. benefit programs such as medical, dental, and vision
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and validation of benefits-related changes
