Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Benefits Team Lead responsible for leading a team of Workday Certified experts and supporting customers in Workday Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and enhance the delivery of Workday Support Services for Benefits
  • Develop and mentor the Workday Configuration Benefits Team, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Oversee project planning, configuration, testing, and launch of new or improved services and products
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience with Workday, focusing on Benefits
  • A minimum of 2 years in leadership roles managing customer-oriented or technical teams
  • Workday Benefits Certification
