Workday Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and formalize business processes into clear SOPs
• Develop process maps, workflows, and narratives to capture end-to-end procedures
• Collaborate with QA, operations, and project teams to ensure SOPs are validated and implemented

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining SOPs or process documentation
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering
• Previous Local, State, and/or Federal government experience
