Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Support Workday optimisation initiatives and improve user experience
Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering with stakeholders
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and documentation

Required Qualifications and Education

Proven experience with Workday HCM, including configuration and troubleshooting
Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation module implementation or enhancement
Strong understanding of HR processes and end-to-end HR process flows
Ability to work with technical teams for accurate configuration and reporting
Experience in developing process documentation and supporting UAT planning
