Workday Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Business Analyst to support the optimisation of their Workday platform and delivery of Workday's Advanced Compensation module.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Workday optimisation initiatives and improve user experience
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements with HR and business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support UAT planning
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation module implementation
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR process flows and data governance
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications
- Experience in process documentation and analytical skills
