Workday Business Solutions Analyst
Job Summary
Leading cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives, the full-time remote Workday Business Solutions Analyst will manage project lifecycles, translate business needs into technical requirements, and ensure user adoption across the People Technology stack, including Workday and Talent Acquisition systems.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and document technical needs
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and quality
- Identify and resolve issues within the People Technology stack, providing hands-on support and configuration as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management role
- Proficient in Workday with hands-on experience navigating its functionality
- Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on user-centric documentation
- Experience with other HR systems, particularly Greenhouse or similar Talent Acquisition technology, is a plus
