Job Summary
Leading the Payroll workstream within Workday implementation and optimization projects, the full-time salaried Workday Canada Payroll Lead will manage payroll design, configuration, and client engagement while mentoring junior consultants in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Workday Canada Payroll workstream, overseeing payroll design, configuration, and compliance with Canadian regulations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and managing expectations during payroll projects
- Mentor junior consultants, offering hands-on training and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Required Qualifications
- Active Workday Canada Payroll Certification required
- Proven experience leading Workday Canada Payroll implementations as a Lead Consultant or Workstream Lead
- Deep understanding of Canadian payroll regulations and hands-on experience with payroll accounting and reconciliation
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior consultants and managing client relationships
- Familiarity with Workday Launch or similar implementation methodologies preferred
