Workday Certified Consultant

Job Summary

To support clients in their Workday implementations, the remote full-time Workday Certified Reporting & Prism Analytics Consultant will provide technical consulting, lead the design and development of reporting solutions, and mentor team members throughout the systems development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, design, configuration, and testing for Workday reporting and Prism Analytics
• Act as a subject matter expert, resolving technical issues and advising clients on reporting options and risks
• Train and mentor less experienced team members while managing client inquiries efficiently

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics or relevant industry experience
• Active Workday Partner certification in Prism Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, or Computer Science
• High proficiency with MS Excel and other data manipulation tools
• Experience with data modeling concepts and analytics strategies
