Workday Certified Integrations Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting client engagements remotely, the full-time Workday Certified Senior Integrations Consultant will manage integration projects, mentor junior consultants, and maintain relationships with implementation teams while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and deliver high-level design documentation for integration projects
• Manage project status updates and competing priorities while mentoring junior consultants
• Provide input on delivery estimation and resource planning to business leads

Required qualifications

• Current Workday Integration Certification and at least one additional integration certification (e.g., Studio, CCTPP)
• 4+ years of experience with HCM/ERP software applications and integration technologies
• 3+ years of experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company
• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in technology or relevant work experience
