Workday Certified Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Test Lead Analyst to support global HR system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall Workday testing strategy across multiple modules
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts
• Coordinate testing activities across functional teams, system integrators, and regional stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading testing for enterprise HR or Workday implementations
• All applicants MUST be Workday Certified
• Strong experience with test strategy, test planning, and defect management
• Experience managing global testing teams across multiple regions
• Familiarity with Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, and Payroll integrations
