Workday Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Change Management Consultant (SCM & FIN Focus).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management strategy and execution for Workday Finance and Supply Chain initiatives
• Conduct stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and readiness analyses
• Design and deliver integrated change plans aligned to Workday deployment milestones

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading change management for Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain implementations
• Strong understanding of finance and supply chain business processes in complex organizations
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience applying structured change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills
