Workday Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

Workday Change Management Consultant, a full-time position focused on driving organizational readiness, user adoption, and training enablement throughout Workday deployments and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management and training efforts across Workday implementations and AMS engagements
• Develop and execute user adoption strategies and deliver end-user training programs
• Measure adoption metrics and provide post-go-live support to identify gaps and recommend optimizations

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in change management, training, or organizational enablement, preferably in ERP or HCM implementations
• Hands-on experience with Workday deployments in various functional areas
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and their impact on end users
• Experience in conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to lead workshops and training sessions for clients
