Job Summary

Collaborating with clients to tailor financial solutions, the full-time ES Cloud SME will configure Workday Financials modules, conduct testing, and provide ongoing support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements and identify gaps in clients' financial processes to provide tailored Workday solutions
• Configure and implement Workday Financials and HR modules, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project timelines
• Develop training materials and lead sessions to enhance user adoption of Workday, while providing post-implementation support

Required qualifications

• Experience with Workday Financials and HR modules, including configuration and implementation
• Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices in Workday
• Proven ability to conduct user acceptance testing and provide functional support
• Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions
• Familiarity with project management activities and cross-functional collaboration
