Job Summary
Reporting to the HRIS leadership team, the full-time Workday Compensation Configuration Analyst will configure and optimize the Workday platform with a focus on Advanced Compensation, while also supporting other modules as needed, ensuring accurate execution of compensation cycles and data integrity.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a hands-on configuration expert for Advanced Compensation and other Workday modules, ensuring system design aligns with business strategy
- Own the end-to-end configuration and execution of Annual Salary Review processes in Workday, including Compensation Statements and reporting
- Partner with Compensation and People teams to enhance business processes and system functionality, while supporting Workday releases and testing cycles
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation, HRIS, IT, or HR technology environments supporting enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience with the Workday Compensation module and proficiency in compensation cycles
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
- Strong understanding of compensation processes and experience with Workday reporting tools
