Job Summary

Workday Compensation Consultant, a full-time position, is responsible for managing client projects, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to internal business development and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client requirement meetings and demonstrate Workday configuration skills
• Direct activities of project consultants under the guidance of an architect
• Mentor lower-level employees and assist leadership proactively

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Compensation configuration experience
• Experience in Workday project implementation
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
