Job Summary

Working remotely or in Chicago, the full-time Workday Compensation Post Production Consultant will manage client relationships to deliver high-quality Workday Compensation solutions, addressing issues and enhancing business needs across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions directly to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives
• Resolve Workday Compensation issues as they arise, providing ongoing support and expertise
• Participate in internal training and initiatives to enhance team performance and share knowledge within the organization

Required qualifications

• Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of post-production support experience with Workday Compensation
• Knowledge of merit, bonus, and stock plan configuration, as well as compensation review processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with compensation transactional data
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple client requests effectively
