Workday Compensation Project Manager

Job Summary

To support high-priority initiatives, the contract Workday Compensation Project Manager will lead and manage compensation-related projects, drive execution and stakeholder communication, and maintain organized project documentation in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compensation-related projects, including incentive compensation programs and annual merit increase cycles
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Track milestones, dependencies, and action items while holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience supporting Compensation programs
• Hands-on experience working within Workday environments
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to drive discussions and resolve conflicts
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in fast-changing environments
• Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
