Job Summary
To support high-priority initiatives, the contract Workday Compensation Project Manager will lead and manage compensation-related projects, drive execution and stakeholder communication, and maintain organized project documentation in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage compensation-related projects, including incentive compensation programs and annual merit increase cycles
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Track milestones, dependencies, and action items while holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Proven Project Management experience supporting Compensation programs
- Hands-on experience working within Workday environments
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to drive discussions and resolve conflicts
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in fast-changing environments
- Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
