Workday Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst to support the day-to-day operation and enhancement of the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Workday modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Compensation
• Perform Workday configuration changes and support ongoing system maintenance
• Assist with Workday related projects, including requirements gathering and testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience supporting Workday or HRIS platforms
• Exposure to Workday areas such as Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, or Compensation
• Experience supporting production issues and configuration changes in an enterprise system
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
