Job Summary
To support HR technology initiatives, the full-time remote Workday Configuration Analyst will manage the configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Workday and related HR systems while serving as a technical consultant to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday business processes, security, and notifications to meet business needs
- Provide consultation to stakeholders on Workday functionality and lead configuration and deployment activities for enhancements
- Create and maintain HR reports and perform data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
Required qualifications
- Experience in a Workday analyst or configuration role within a large organization
- Hands-on configuration experience in functional areas such as Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Experience supporting large-scale Workday environments with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
