Job Summary

Reporting to the HRIS leadership team, the full-time Workday Configuration Analyst will configure Workday modules, support system enhancements, and maintain data integrity while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, with the possibility of remote work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support Workday modules in alignment with business requirements
  • Support the design and enhancement of Workday business processes and system functionality
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support People operations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting HRIS, IT, or HR technology environments
  • Hands-on experience configuring Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation
  • Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business process frameworks, and reporting tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
