Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Configuration Lead to manage the Workday Technology team relationship and oversee Talent Management projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive development and improvement of the Talent Management module to support business strategies
- Manage daily workload and roadmap of functional configuration while identifying process improvements
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement effective system solutions and maintain data integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of HR Systems integration and maintenance experience, including 3-5 years with the Talent Management module in Workday
- Ability to manage multi-functional teams and serve as a subject matter expert
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive data
- Functional knowledge of HR core business processes and strong systems analytics background
