Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Workday HR functional areas including Time, Absence, Payroll, and HCM
Handle configuration of Workday business processes and system setup based on business requirements
Partner with HR stakeholders to deliver solutions and support system testing and migration to production environments

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Workday configuration
Strong experience with Workday modules: Time, Absence, Payroll, and HCM
Experience with Workday implementations preferred
Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes and domains
High school diploma or GED required
