Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Consultant to lead the configuration and enhancement of various Workday modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead configuration of Workday modules including HCM, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, and Time Tracking based on complex business requirements
  • Architect and guide the development of Workday Business Processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security roles
  • Develop and manage advanced, matrix, composite, and dashboard reports to provide actionable workforce insights
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience (or 6 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience)
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday security, business processes, reporting, and calculated fields
  • Demonstrated ability to work on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation and independent judgment
