Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Consultant (UAT Tester).

Key Responsibilities

Assist with hands-on configuration in Workday, focusing on Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules
Support the implementation phase by resolving tickets and working on system enhancements
Participate in user acceptance testing, identify defects, and provide support during the go-live phase

Required Qualifications

4-5 years of hands-on experience in a Workday support or implementation role
Proficiency in Workday configuration, including creating calculated fields and building complex reports
Experience with EIB data loads and managing complex data integrations
Knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules
Ability to modify and test business processes within Workday
